Transferable skills as the name implies are skills that you can take from job to job. You do not suddenly stop spelling correctly because you have changed jobs. This, of course, assumes that you were able to spell in the first place.
Trnasferable or evergreen skills are those that you will need regardless of your role or job. Examples include:
- Literacy Skills
- Numeracy Skills
- Verbal and Written Communication (would also fall under Literacy)
- Team Work
- Managing Your Money
- Dealing With Stress
